Meet Dr. Ellie

My name is Dr. Schemenauer, but you can call me Dr. Ellie! I am a mom, wife, Friendswood local, and follower of Jesus. As a board certified orthodontist, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of patients smile with confidence throughout my career and I can't wait to welcome our very first Howdy Orthodontics families.

Like many people, my own orthodontic journey as a teenager changed the way I viewed myself and inspired me to become an orthodontist. As I learned more, I realized orthodontics is about so much more than straight teeth. It's about creating healthy, functional smiles that improve confidence and last a lifetime. With my background in art, I love blending science, precision, and creativity to create smiles that are as healthy as they are beautiful.
